After School Hours Care
Students at St Joseph’s have access to the after-school care facilities at Mt St Patrick Primary. The bus transports the children from St Joseph’s to the after-school care each weekday.
Mt St Patrick Out of School Hours Care
Mt St Patrick Out of School Hours Care welcomes primary-aged children from schools in Murwillumbah and surrounds.
We offer a fun, safe, play-based environment within the grounds of Mt St Patrick Primary School.
After School Care
Monday to Friday, 3:15 pm-6 pm
Experienced staff lead our After School Care program, which includes sports, music, craft and playground activities based on the ages and interests of children.
Children from many local schools come to our After School Care via the local school bus network. Our educators meet and welcome these children at the Mt St Patrick Primary bus bay. We will assist in facilitating this with your child’s school before their first day of care.
Vacation Care
Monday to Friday, 7 am-6 pm
Our Coordinator designs our unique Vacation Care program for lots of fun, where each day is different. You will be amazed at what we get up to! Here is our latest vacation care program.

Child Care Subsidy reduces fees by up to 85%, and almost every family is eligible.
$500 NSW Government BASC vouchers are available now for each primary school child in NSW. These cover the ‘gap fee’ for after school care or vacation care, making care free for the duration of the voucher.
